mtn westwood mall

i had visited westwood mall mtn on the 24th January 2021. the staff were absolutely grumpy and not willing to assist. i needed to do a sim swop as my sim card has been lost/****** , i advised the consultant that i need a new sim card and gave her the cell number. she then tells me that i need to rica the sim card, how would i need to rica an existing contract sim card??

they then told me that is cannot be done and takes 24 to 48 hours from the time that the sim card was blocked. MAXINE was extremely rude and said they cannot help. we then went to MTN PAVILION who immediately assisted and we got our sim card. MTN WESTWOOD STAFF ARE CLEARLY NOT PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH AND DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING.
