MTN Westwood Mall

Most pathetic service level ever!!! I walked in to do a data contract being a first time customer it was a Sunday the 10th. I walk in most unhelpful consultants the person who served me did not even care to greet me nor ask me any questions about what I needed I had to tell her an explain and ask more about the data package and asked if it was ok to email my documents but she gave me this don't care attitude. I wait for a long time and then get told my app is declined when I could not understand in the life of me why when I have other credit accounts and all are up to date plus I have track record of my credit score which is beyond average. When I query why they don't give me a proper answer and reason but I am told I will be contacted the next day with regards to this and it will be approved 3 days later I have to chase them to find out what is going on then I am told they will call me when they don't I have to chase up what's going on and I am told the consultant made an error with my banking details and now it sits in back Office and they still waiting for approval.

MTN westwood you guys suck with service of customer and lack of consultant knowledge or customer service, I would not recommend anyone going to get a contract there my worst experience by far.
