MTN WESTGATE!!! Unexeptable Service . Very disappointing

I took out a phone on Sunday and was told of a special offer to insure the phone what is only valid for 30 days from. Date of purchase. I am trying to call the Westgate store as I am interested in taking out the cover. The phone rings, gets picked up and dropped in my face numerous times. Highly unprofessional, extremely disappointed
