I do not know how MTN store Manager in Westgate mall in Mitchell's plain got hired to be in that position. The woman does not know she is in a uniform. She misheard my conversation on line, she went through the roof, misquoting me. Shouting, so rude... Wvwb6after I paused on the call, clarified to her that she is wrong. She did not want to say... Ohh sorry I misheard. Instead she continued to speak loud and rude towards me.
