MTN Westgate BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
This morning 9:00 we went to Mtn Westgate to take out a contract by the consultant who helped us was Mpho Mokotla.The fist thing we picked up was he wasn't friendly,and when we ask him questions he didn't really answer in a positive way.While we signed the contract he said he didn't have the product in stock and he had to go and get it from another shop in Westgate.
It was oubout 40 min later that he came back,before he came to the shop he walked in to TrueWorths to speak to his fiends.If this is the customer service that Mtn gives ther clients,I would advice not to do business with MTN Westgate store.I just think there standards of customer service SUCKS.This was the first and last time we will do business with them.
