Mtn Westgate

Last year May 2020 i bought two iphone devices at MTN westgate, one device was faulty I took it back to the shop(used the device for one month) it was booked in for repairs till date they haven't returned the phone but they still debiting my account, no feedback regarding the matter. MTN Westgate!!!
