MTN Westcoast Mall, Vredenburg. Terrible service!!!

MTN Westcoast Mall, Vredenburg have the absolute worst staff. They are so unfriendly and make you feel like a ******** when you trying to give them business. After asking how long it will still take, we were told we cannot leave because they will then have to help another customer - the delay was the printer not working. Only after a while did they then ASK us to leave and come back in a hour because their printer is not working. When returning to sign the papers, once again treated horribly again. Pathetic service. Thanks to this experience I am looking to change to another service provider. Pathetic that staff can be so rude and unfriendly in these trying times.
