MTN went too far

I am called weekly my attorney with regard to my MTN account which MTN has been saying it's been escalated for a year now but haven't resolved the issue,MTN are now making me a bad payer,they don't want to take responsibility of their own mistake. My account should be cancel actually they owe me not the other way around
