MTN WeGotU what a joke

Mtn Insurance is a joke, i phoned them two months ago in order to get my phone repaired, so person on the other side of the phone told me to take my phone to the nearest store as they need a quote to fix the phone and make a claim, so id did this the people at the store told me that something is wrong as they do not normally do this, now i phone now they want me to get my phone back so they can collect it from me and now they saying we wouldnt say that, we would collect it from you, so i been sitting with out a phone for two months as i am now waiting for the phone to come back from JHB where the quote was done and then they will collect it from me and ill probably end up waiting another two months for it to be repaired, mtn insurance i would just like to say this is **** poor service and this is my second run in with you guys and the second time i have fallen short with your service, i think you need to re-look your insurance service, you guys are all fine to take my money every month but offer **** poor service for it, by the time you guys sort this out ill be able to upgrade my phone again. this is ridiculous and i am never ever going to take mtn insurance again and i"m going to cancel my current insurance and move my contract over cause its nothing but problems... People STAY AWAY FROM MTN INSURANCE staff have no clue whats going on and they make all your problem when its there fault and stuff up..
