MTN weekend

Good day

I have a cell phone contract with MTN for a year now , everything was fine until this pass weekend , my cell number is still Suspended ever since Friday , I have made a number of calls to MTN hoping that they will assist me .My MTN acc is up to date , maybe even over paid , but Im still in a position where I cant make calls or even use my internet . I have spoke to a number of consultants and each time I had to repeat myself , not sure if they made notes on their systems .They all gave me BS different stories as to why my number is not working . The last consultant even said that one of their managers would call me to resolve this matter , but I'm still waiting .
