MTN Webstore, They do not deliver the Products Purchased, and no one can help you on the Helpline

Very terrible service, their systems are not integrated, and no one at the customer helpline seems to know what they are doing. if you visit an MTN shop you do not get much help too. i ordered a Data SIM card online and paid for it using my card. this was on the official MTN website. it has been two months and my sim card has not been delivered, every time I contact customer care they ask me for details and never get back to me. on email, the customer care team does not even care to read the email thread all they do is respond to you asking for details you have sent already. When you buy anything from the MTN website you are simply throwing your money into a dark hole and you will not get a product. It is simple: they are using the website to rob you all.
