MTN website login convoluted password reset process.
MTN Website - how do I reset my password when I can't remember my username or email address that I created my profile with.
I have tried to reset but unless I supply both my cell number and email address, I cannot reset the password.
I tried calling the call centre who first denied that there is a login on the website, then wanted to send me to an MTN store (to get me off the phone)
Please assist in resetting my mtn.co.za password ***)
