MTN wearable non receipt

I upgraded my cellphone contract at store. Noted that the online Black Friday deal showed a free wearable, which I enquired about before the specials expired. Sent an email to complaints Dept. Dololo. Still waiting and everyone is dragging feet in the hope that it will just go away.
