Mtn - we take your money, then ignore you.

Ordered two subscriptions 20 October, still haven't received sim cards but money has been deducted. 52 mins on the phone with them today. One lady hung up on me and three just "forwarded" me back into the same queue. Gave up. Then my son-in-law bought data twice today. Both times "error in payment" but the money has been deducted and no data on phone. Absolutely useless customer service and network service. They are experts at deducting money but suck at customer service.
