MTN - We load shed out Network during Load Shedding.

I stay here in Phalaborwa, and lately the network has been super unreliable.

When there is load shedding or slightly after load shedding, its difficult to dial out, you need to redial probably 10 times to get a working line, and then the person on the other side cant hear you. This is an intermittent problem.

I phoned in and spoke to call centre, they transferred me to a guy called Lesiba, and he just decided to drop the call, after he claims he cant help me...

Perhaps its better to move from MTN after years of being loyal to them.
