MTN - We got you - you sure did! (WORST SERVICE)

I bought a 30GB promo data SIM last year on Black Friday and since then, I've only been getting 10GB. I tried calling, mailing and going into the store - no one seems to help. Worst network ever. And it's plain theft. Please can someone call or mail me asap!
