MTN we got u - NOT
MtnSA is useless, we are struggling from the 6th of September to cancel a telephonic upgrade of a person who has Alzheimers decease and was unfamil**** with the consequenses of the call. Different family members have in a struggle for 5 weeks for a response after being transferred from a branch to head office. Head office (cancellations) said they can't assist without a reference number. Days later and to date there is no reference number, nor can the branch dealing with it provide us with one. It is sad because we have been loyal client for years and paid each and every month without any problems yet now we are not getting any service.
