MTN I am very disappointed with how your deal with ***** cases my mother, details were used *****ulently to buy something online in her name and now she owes R8000 to Mtn on something she did not benefit from. This is not the first time as the same thing happened 2023. She had to submit an affidavit and open a case and this is happening again I suspect it's an inside Jobe. This clearly shown that your process are not secure and anyone can easily fall victim on your watch. Please pull up your you can't give credit without doing proper diligence.
