MTN WATERFRONT & their staff's BAD attitude
27 Feb I upgraded at MTN Waterfront. I called to confirm if the phone was there. Gerald was friendly on the phone; completing the paper work before I arrived. It was later hard to look past his arrogant attitude,I realised the telephone nature was just to make a bit of commission.I looked past it; I just wanted the phone.5 March,I returned to report that the phone is heating up.I approached Gerald who was NOT busy at the time (perhaps waiting for something) I told him the nec,he told me to sit asking if I have the box etc.I later got up telling him ill come back.(He was now counting money in front of a customer), NOT TALKING TO HER.He then asked when I upgraded (I told him this when I walked in).He then said it's out of the 7 days.He repeated this numerous times not looking up ONCE.I got annoyed & he started raising his voice saying his busy with a customer & I walked past everyone in the store, came right up to him not respecting the people in the Q.WHY DID HE ACKNOWLEDGE ME THEN,HE SHOULD HAVE SAID I'M BUSY.I've worked in retail, I know how to make a customer feel,THAT was not it.I always praised the MTN network,I no longer feel that way & I've been a customer for 12 years.
