Mtn waterfront bad business for consumers

For the last 3 years we renew our contract with mtn in waterfront jully 24 2024 we renewed our contract with sales agents shakele for a double deal we collect the the phones did not receive our vouchers he sakele promises he will sort it out he never return our calls emails was sent to his area manager and branch manager no respond shakele decline all our calls he keep on laying to us ,the honor rep also read our messages and never call back ,please don't make dealings with mtn waterfront staff if they can not uphold there promises the vouchers is part of the package of the double deal
