MTN WATERFALL MALL RUSTENBURG

Good day. My name is Susan Barry. My mother bought a cell phone from MTN on a contract. She is 83 years in age. Her phone would not charge. I took in to the MTN at the Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg during February 2020. The staff were so unfriendly and not helpful at all. They said they sent me a quote to repair the phone, which I never received. I sent the phone back another 2 times, and the only result I got was unfriendly staff and a phone that is still not working after 10 months. So if I am able to rate MTN in the Waterfall Mall Rustenburg it would be -1000.
