MTN - waste of my money

I logged a ticket because my night data doesn't work.This was on the 23rd.

I'm the one that has to keep following up an today I receive the useless "feedback" that the data is supposed to work from midnight to 5am.

IF this was true then I wouldn't have lost the 3gigs of daytime data that I had remaining when I tried to use my night data and I would not have logged a ticket!

Stop taking my money for a service you cannot provide!!
