Over the past 6 months MTN has debited extraordinarilly large amount from my account and only found out that it was due to WASP services I didnt approve on my wifi ****le. I told MTN to Stop all these subscriptions and I contacted each WASP provider individually.

Now yesterday I see they debited the same amount roughly and now I have to go through all that again. I tried calling their customer care but after 60min I gave up.

Heres the solution: I reversed the debit order as Ive manually deactivated the subscriptions last month and also emailed each WASP company and told MTN to stop these on my accounts. Now MTN can send me statement each month and Ill gladly pay the contract amounts I agreed to.

If they have a problem they can contact me instead of me wasting money and time calling them (My cell is on Cell C and Ive never had this problem. I also have a vodacom contract without this problem.
