MTN WASP services ****
I app**** for a Data only sim at MTN a few months ago. Ever since I got the sim card an additional amount than my actual debit order amount which is suppose to be R199.00 gets deducted. I've been calling and calling and all MTN tells me it's another WASP service that was activated on this number which is ridiculous, Cleary MTN is *****ing their customers's money because we pay MTN for a service that we don't even use!!! Why does these services gets activated on our behalf this is theft. Why not call their customers and inform them if any suspicious activity is noticed?? No because they want money that's why. I then told the call centre agent to cap my account that no additional cent can accumulate on my account, and guess what it did indeed accumulated again!!! I'm so sick and tired and getting no where. I'm not subscribing to ANY of these WASP(****) services, I used another service provider before and had no issues, but ever since I moved to MTN the troublr started!! I want this sorted or I will stop my debit order and throw my sim card away!!!!
