MTN - WARNING TO BE CAUTIOUS! FALSE INFORMATION LISTED ON ITC

I urge the public to be very cautious when considering MTN as a service provider, once they register you on their system they send false information to your ITC profile and they NEVER correct it!!!! I am at the point of total exhaustion dealing with them!!! I was incorrectly listed for an outstanding amount of R49 600 with MTN till today I am listed as in arrears! when I call the service center I am told that my account is up to date and in good standing??????????????
