MTN - Warning (*****)

Everytime I load airtime before I use it airtime disappears. I loaded MTN AIRTIME prepaid purchase to *** for R 100. Queries? ***. Sent 27 Mar at 18:07:34. This morning I checked to see if loaded as I need to make urgent calls. I only have R65 my family and friends say they all have this same with MTN
