I requested an explanation from MTN for an amount that was incorrectly deducted from my bank account. They rep**** via email and requested the following information from me before they can process my request. Really . . . When there are ****mers out there, you want all THIS information ‽??? • MTN PIN • ID (With spaces in between example: *** 000) • Address • Bank Name/ or Type of account • E-mail address/ work telephone number
