I sent an email the next day they said my contract expires on the 26 of February and thats the date the cancelation. A consultant by the name of Rose said I am being charged R680.37 extra because the invoice was already processed. Mtn fails to provide me a solution as to why I am paying the R680 extra if I put on the cancelation request in time.
