Mtn want to terminate my contract. Because MTN doesnt take the debit order on the arranged date.

Im very upset. Mtn did not take the debit order last month the 25th of September 2020 for R89.00 now I get an email stating that They will be terminating my contract and i must now Pay R340.00.

Its very brutally disrespectfull not to even call me or what so ever to tell me that they will be doing this. My banking details is correct with Mtn. the time they should take the money they dont. My debit order date is the 25th of each month. but they never take on the same day.
