MTN WANT TO ***** MY MONEY
I didn't pay my last debit order on my MTN contract.I explained that I will pay the last instalment in November 2015.MTN responded by saying that although my contract expired on the 30/09/2015,I will be invoiced for a entire payment for NOV 2015 meaning I have to pay double in NOv 2015.MTN refuse to cancel my contract and wait for the last payment.They insist on invoicing me again for NOv 2015.I am not happy and will take the matter to the ombudsman as I dont have that SIM card and I dont have that phone,how can they invoice me for a extra amount when my contract expired.
