Mtn want to ****** money from me… DO not take a phone contract with them!!!! They are horrible 😭😭

I am very unhappy with mtn phone contracts…. I wish I could just turn back time and opted for a different outlet. Right now mtn wants to ****** money from me. Their cashier is the one that made a mistake with my phone numbers when he was registering me for a new contract. The contract was straight to the point with limited data. Therefore there is someone who is using that wrong number that’s linked to my profile. Apparently they claim that person is billing data’s and voice calls. I wonder how so because still we had a contract of limited bundles. Ever since I haven’t received them yet they keep on saying I owe them and their amount started from 11k till 30k. How do I don’t know.. this is ruining my credit score so much. I cannot make big moves ever since the contract. I needed to buy a house this year but I cannot because of this MTN contract. I have been trying to resolve this the whole year and therefore 2023 is almost over and my wishes/needs/goals for this year are not obtained. Just because of a silly contract. I regret taking a contract with mtn. They are so horrible, I’ve tried a couple of times for them to resolve this matter therefore they are like there’s nothing they can do unless I pay. I pay for what? It’s your cashier that did a mistake when he was registering me my numbers??? I’ve seen this earlier like a month after the contract because of not getting bundles. I have made affidavities and I have asked so many times to restart the contract but no help at all. I’ve called so many times and it’s all in vain. This is affecting me mentally and emotionally. Because I feel so stuck MTN. I am so depressed because my credit score just reflects badness. The house was for my family, we are renting MTN and the money paid for that rent is equivalent to a bond. I am now stuck and working backwards because of you. I hate and curse the day I took a contract with MTN. 😭😭😭 anyone who can assist!!!please assist!!! I am just tired!
