MTN Walmer Park

Hellopeter My name is Yolanda Gadlela on the 24th of October i took out a month to month contract with MTN Walmer Park Shopping. I was helped by Ludwe i was made to believe that there's coverage in my area but when i got home the router doesn't work in my area the following day i tryed returning it and was told to contact a network coverage guy up until today i am still sitting with a useless router. I called the store Manager Mellisa and she promised to get back to me and never did . According to my understanding i am entitled to a full refund since i tryed returning it before 7 days. Everything i am calling MTN and being transferred from department to derpament. Agen will do anything to make a sale even if it means misleading the customers.
