How dare you????? You owe me R400 a month for my renewal of contract and trade in of my s21 ultra in January 2024. I have never missed a payment yet had to call 6 times and send pop 3 times for the payment I made on 20th July and get an arrogant response today fromThembisile Sithole stating Please note that we have received your proof of payment for an amount of R2901. Our banking department will allocate your payment within 2 to 24 hours. The proof of payment is for July, kindly send us the proof of payment for August as well as the account is 2 months in arrears..... tell me which month I missed and I will prove your wrong. How *********** has mtn become??????
