MTN - waiting three months for device

I app**** for an upgrade in November 2020 on black Friday. It has been three months and I have still not received my device and no one is contacting me. I have received a few 'out of stock' or 'awaiting stock' sms's but other than that nothing. Dont advetise specials and then let your customer wait three months. I have called every number that has been provided and no one can assist.
