MTN = Waiting for better service

On the 1st of December 2023 I did an upgrade at MTN Online for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with the Samsung Watch 6. Until today, 23 Jan 2024, I still haven't received my upgrade as MTN Online is saying Samsung isn't providing them with stock on the S23 Ultra and watch. MTN says they have escalated this matter but nothing is being done from Samsung's side. This is very bad Service from MTN and Samsung. Why advertise the device when you can't provide it?
