MTN- waiting for 3 weeks for my device and no ETA for its arrival?

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a laptop that i have ordered on my new contract---Quick to make you sign a contract but slow to deliver! I am still waiting for my laptop that no one in MTN Clearwater Mall can tell me when i will actually get it? I have always been a good customer of MTN, opening 3 new lines in February alone but this is honestly ridiculous, i would like an ETA on the Laptop or consider me an EX-MTN Customer.
