MTN VU streaming service

Good day
I subscribed to VU on an MTN sim card, for use in a kids tablet.

Firstly the network is very slow and most programmes do not work.

But more importantly, MTN, in their wisdom decided that the Sim card is not used, (Despite streaming on their network) and cut it off! (Be reminded I use it for kids to view their programs and do not want internet usage).

So seriously, do you not work together in MTN?

I needless to say have cancelled my subscription and am moving on.

How good are you in losing Customers for both VU and MTN.
