MTN vsNASHUA MOBILE..MTN the worst ever.
I have read a few complaints regarding Nashua Mobile clients have moved to MTN their monthly billing has doubled or even tripled in some cases. I can attest to this. My average monthly bill for 2 cell phone contracts was about 2k per month. For the last two months my MTN bill has tripled. I would like to understand the difference between MTN charges and Nashua mobile charges. Phoning the MTN083808 or 808 numbers are like pulling your teeth with a pliers. Very painful. I have tried the numbers 8 times and 7 times I couldn't get through. When I asked to speak to a supervisor at 4.30 I was informed that they left for the day. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told the manager is somewhere, but not in her/hes office.

I'm really disappointed with MTN'S service, its a JOKE. Think its time to change over to Vodacom or Cell C.

We have now perused your account and we see that you have been using the internet quite extensively. After you have used up your 150MB data bundle provisioning the additional usage is billed to your account and reflects as packet switch data call charges.
We've now logged a request with our Billing Department to validate the usage for the past 3 months. The reference number for the request logged is REQ:***.
