Mtn Vryheid, unprofessional service!

Very disappointing service at MTN Vryheid on 4 September 2026. This was the second time I was assisted by the same staff member at the first desk on the left as you enter the store.She wears a wig tied into a pony tail.

I was dealing with a serious issue involving my accounts being hacked, yet she showed very little concern. She was on TikTok while assisting me and, despite a long queue, continued chatting with another staff member. The first time she assisted me, I also had to wait while she was busy on a personal call.

I found her behaviour extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers, especially those dealing with urgent issues, deserve proper attention and professional service. I hope management addresses this.
