MTN Vredenburg Mall bad service.

I am so disappointed in MTN Vredenburg Mall service. I have been on contract with them for more than 10 years and have never paid late. I was supposed to get an upgrade in January and went through to Vredenburg. I stay in Velddrif, almost 30 km from us. I been signing papers, sent home to come back the next day and been riding up and down 7 times till now. I get no information from the personnel from the store and contacted the head office in JHB. Getting less information from them, I ended going back to Vredenburg. I am back home with the information that they will contact me to come in to continue the upgrade application. I am so disappointed and would rather cancel my contract and move on. Be careful of MTN.......
