MTN VREDENBERG

MTN Vredenberg sucks!!!! I bought a mini router this morning and as I was leaving the shop they told me the password is on the bottom of the router but when I got home and looked at the bottom there’s a few numbers so I tried phoning them for TWO HOURS with no reply and I can’t get any joy from MTN customer service number or from their web page!!! I don’t know what else to do to get attention!!!!
