MTN voted worse mobile service in SA

MTN is the most useless service provider in the world. When they migrate your data package without letting you know and 14 days later call you to apologize for the error. During those same 14 days I could not get any assistance from mtn no matter what I tried. In store was a nightmare to explain that it was not my doing and that all I wanted was my original package. How do you run a business when mtn decides to migrate your data package from 1.5Tb to a 500mb package without your knowledge and or consent. The mtn system automatically migrated us at month end leaving us without any service for 24 hours. Useless bunch
