MTN Voice mail service not working

When I dial Voicemail (100) the response is:\ the person you are trying to reach is not available at the moment please try again later"The call is then ended. I have spoken 3-4 times with call Centre without success. Promises were made that MTN will get back to me. Did not happen. The service affected at least for the last two months. """
