MTN virus costing thousands

I have a data contract with MTN. For the past 5 months I have had add on costs on my account for subscriptions now totaling in excess for R2000. I have been to mtn in Hartbee****rt now for the 4th time to get this issue resolved. They tried to cancel the subscriptions and as soon as I insert the sim card back into the router I am re-subscribed. So far I am paying over R35 per day for something I have no control over and MTN say they have not been trained on how to stop it. It appears that these subscriptions are a virus of some sort on MTN's side and I am now paying over R1000 per month for a R359 per month contract. I am sure I am not the only one being ********** by MTN

Please not that content charges are when you downloading information from your Internet or device commercial adverti*****t to your handset.

Please note we cannot assist you with the break down for the content charges because this is not a MTN service and we do not work on outside company systems.

Good morning Alice. I do not accept your reply as the sim card is in a router supp**** by MTN with the contract. I was told by MTN staff at Hartbee****rt to insert the card into a phone and dial *141* etc to check for content charges which I have done. The response is that I have no subscriptions. I have down loaded the MTN app and have seen all the sms of the subscriptions. Some of the subscriptions are MTN dating, Kids TV, Soccer TV, MTN tango, Animal TV, and so the list goes on. I have never been on these sites and nore will I subscribe to any of these. By the 10th of the month these subscriptions have used all of the available data and still I am getting sms' notifying me of new subscriptions. The sms' do not even have and option to accept or decline. It is just loaded. The irony of the whole thing is I am using Vodacom pay as you go data at the moment on the same devices that were linked to the router and so far I have not used anywhere near the 500M loaded. This proves to me that there is no problem on what I am doing or the internet I am using. There are no virus on my side. They can only be on MTN's side. If you have no control as you say of external systems then you need to block them.
