MTN violating POPIA and CPA

MTN is clearly not interested in ethical and law abiding behaviour. I have opted out of ALL marketing, I have mailed them endless times, but they simply continue to harass me with SMS's and marketing the hell out of me. Why do we have laws in this country if lawlessness prevails and law abiding citizens are simply given the middle finger by companies like MTN? I have endless mails as proof, screenshots, etc.
