MTN Vincent Park East London Poor Service.

Hello.

I need help. In 2022 around July I went to MTN Store looking for a phone on contract that I can pay over 24 Months since I was working on contract by that time couldn't afford to pay up to 36 months. So I got there and told the guy that was helping me what I was looking for and the never explained anything to me all he did was to ask for my documents and my finger print, I gave in because I thought he was just checking if I qualify or not. He then gave me a contract to sign without explaining anything to me. I read the contract and I discovered that I will have to pay 36 months and that is when I asked him to cancel everything because I won't be able to pay after 24 Months because my contract was ending. He called his Store manager and store manager promised to cancel. Then I left the phone at the store I left without it.

Then few months later they debited from my account for a phone that I didn't take. I went back to them to enquire about that and they said I should drop them an email which I did but did not get any response till to date.

After that they handed me over to credit collectors for a phone that I did not take. I kept on dropping emails but they are not responding. Their contact line is not available also.

My credit score is poor because of them. How can get out of this situation, please help.
