MTN Village Mall - worst, pathetic reseller. Stay away.

My 2 children were due for an upgrade. Your consultants at MTN Village Mall failed to inform us the contracts were apparently still in term. The upgrade was done one day late, again your consultants did not mention at any time anything regarding a pro-rata rate will be charged against the already loaded contract. We have to pay double fees now for 2 months, which we cannot afford. Your consultants must be held accountable, yet I highly doubt that will ever happen.
