MTN - victim of *****

In Jan 2019 I wrote a review on Helopeter that my car window was smashed and that my bag was grabbed from my car with all my documents this all happened while I was waiting at a robot. A couple of years later money was deducted from my bank account. I never opened an account with MNT. I went to the police stood in lines for hrs and handed in the documents at Keywest. But I kept on receiving calls from MTN when will you pay……. In Jan I received an email from Itumeleng Net****angani Complaints Analyst I send Itumeleng all the documents again and I was assured that all will be resolved. This was the response from Itumeleng “I received feedback and you were found to have been a victim of ***** as false documents were used to open these contracts.The Five accounts have been terminated and the amount billed for them will be written off. A request is also sent to the bureaus to update your payment profile. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this incident“ Since the apology I have received 2 calls from MTN collections department. When will this stop?
