Mtn vetting services sucks!!!

Hi iv app**** for a new contract by mtn store and it's been a couple of days now and still didn't get feed back about being approved or declined I call numerous times to the store and got told that they are escalating the situation and to top it all off my documents wasn't even sent to the vetting department and the had a note on my profile as suspected *****!! How is that possible? How can you be classified as a ***** if they haven't seen you documents?? This is pethetic iv been pre approved for a bond but can't get a cell phone!! This needs to be sorted out immediately cause mtn has this nonchalant attitude.. I need the head of the vetting department to not email me but to give me a call and say to me that I'm a *****!! This is super frustrating and I think all mtn uses my make a stand cause they are quick to take your money at the end of the month but it's laid back when there's a situation that's not resolved!!! MTN vetting department please give me a call Kind regards
