MTN vetting process

After applying for a contract at MTN , and going through the vetting process , I was declined - reason "Empirica ***** - Eppix account closed....". MTN called me a week later to say that they had removed this and I could reapply , which I did , only to be declined again , with same reason. I checked with ITC & SA ***** prevention , who confirm no ********** activity on my profile or any credit issue. However being vetted twice in 1 month unsuccessfully, has had a negative impact on my credit scoring. I think I should go the legal route as even the manager at the store has no idea what is going on and now it's become more than just obtaining a cell phone contract - I need the effect on my credit scoring reversed. Any advice will appreciated
